Hi I know from the response that I got from previous posts that I will probably be ridiculed and/or belittled and subjected to snotty comments accusing me of things ranging from not being cool enough to being some kind of gold digging exploiter. But I also know from those same previous posts that there are some decent reasonable people on this list who don't think its a crime to be 36 years old and taking an interest in a new music you've previously overlooked. Anyways, this is my proposal: Despite a lifetime devoted to musics of the highly personal, innovative, socially meaningful, and "underground" varieties, I know absolutely nothing about IDM-type musics and I'd love to be introduced to some of it - perhaps taken on a musical tour of the bigger names and the different "types." Honestly, my ignorance is so great that Zhark is really the only name I can reference. I'd love to trade mix-cds or mp3s with anyone interested. My area of expertise is in indie-rock, indie-pop, punk rock, and experimental rock. Please write me off-list if this intrigues you. thanks Slim -- http://krs5rc.com http://shotclockmanagement.com http://killrockstars.com http://5rc.com AIM/ichat: MMOON1967 --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: idm-unsubscribe@hyperreal.org For additional commands, e-mail: idm-help@hyperreal.org
